Amanda Reali, MACP, RYT-200
Founder/Mindfulness & Wellness Coach
Amanda Reali is a mindfulness & wellness coach, and yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience in the mental health and wellness field. She completed her Master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2017 and has worked extensively in behavior therapy and mindfulness-based practices. In 2023, she expanded her expertise by completing her 200 hour yoga teacher certificate, allowing her to integrate movement and mindfulness into her approach to well-being.
Amanda founded The Mindful Path to create a welcoming, supportive space where therapy, mindfulness, and movement come together—empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges with greater intention, ease, and connection. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based principles, offering practical tools to help people move forward with clarity and confidence. She believes true transformation happens when we step out of old narratives, embrace the present, and take meaningful action toward a life aligned with our values.
Outside of her work, Amanda enjoys yoga, hiking, and paddleboarding, as well as spending quality time with her husband and two children. Through The Mindful Path, she is dedicated to helping others rediscover their inner strength, let go of what no longer serves them, and create an empowered life of balance and fulfillment.

How The Mindful Path Began
After more than a decade in private practice and running a successful clinic, we recognized a need for a space that bridges the gap between therapy and mindfulness-based wellness. We saw firsthand how clients thrived when they integrated mindfulness, movement, and intentional action into their lives. The Mindful Path was born from this vision—a space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with what truly matters.
